1. No Refund on Product Effectiveness
- Results may vary depending on lifestyle, diet, and health conditions.
- No refunds based on effectiveness or perceived results.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- Cancellation is allowed within 6 hours if the order has not been dispatched.
- Eligible for a 100% refund.
- Refund will be processed within 3 business days.
3. Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
- If the order is cancelled after dispatch, delivery charges will be deducted.
- Refund will be processed after verification.
4. Return After Delivery (Within 24 Hours)
- Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
5. Wrong / Different Product Received
- If you receive a wrong or different product than what was ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof.
- Once we receive the request, our team will verify the issue. The verification process may take up to 3 business days.
- After successful verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated as per your preference.
- In case of a refund, you are 100% eligible for a full refund.
